  • Can I specify what I would like cleaned?
    Certainly. Prior to the first clean you will be sent a cleaning check list to fill in and return. You can update the list as often as you like to ensure that the cleaning is done as you require.
  • Can I specify the day and time the cleaner comes?
    We endeavour to ensure that we can accommodate all requests, however if your preferred day and/or time is unavailable we will work with you to find another convienient time.
  • Is there a minimum number of hours per cleaning visit?
    Yes, there is a minimum of two (2) hours per booking for general domestic cleans, holiday Changeover cleans and commercial cleans
  • Do you have Insurance cover?
    Yes we have Public Liability Insurance.
  • Do you have a criminal records check
    Yes. All cleaners have a clear criminal records check now called a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check.
  • Do I have to be in when the cleaner visits?
    No. We can collect keys from another address ar we can hold a spare set of keys. We are insured for the loss of keys we hold.
  • Do I have to supply cleaning products and equipment?
    This is up to you. We can use your products and equipment if you wish (we will send you a list of items we require). If you need us to provide products and equipment there is a £5 surcharge.
  • How do I pay for the service?
    Payment is in cash on the day of the clean or, by prior arrangement, by bank transfer. A receipt will be issued on payment.

Cancellations

Regular Domestic and Commercial client may cancel or adjust the time of a cleaning visit/s by giving at least 24 hours advanced notice.

For End of Tenancy and other One-Off Cleans 48 hours notice is required if client should either decide to cancel or re-schedule a cleaning appointment.

Charges apply for canges or alterations made with less than minimum notice

Customer Satisfaction

Truro Clean is dedicated to making sure every customer is happy with the service they receive.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with a cleaning job, Truro Clean will re-clean any areas and items to client's satisfaction.
